通常はアプラ湾内アウトハウスビーチにて実施。
STEP1 ブリーフィング（説明）
Instructor will have a brief about diving including way to use the equipment and the notes underwater, trouble solution etc.
STEP2 Training
呼吸、マスクの水抜き、耳抜きのやり方等を浅瀬で練習します。

STEP3 ダイビング開始 (潜水時間:約30分)
Finally, we go underwater! We feed the fish underwater, so many of them gather that you can hardly see out of the corner of your eye. A variety of colorful tropical fishes are waiting for you. (Maximum depth: about 12 meters)
STEP4 Finish dive
もう1ダイブ追加も可能です。担当インストラクターにお声かけください。 また2ダイブコースのお客様がいらっしゃる場合、終了までシュノーケリングなどをしながらお待ちいただきます。1ダイブコースのお客様のみの場合、表記の時間よりも早く終了します。

- Only minors may attend, but a parent or guardian's signature on the consent form is always required.

- Pregnant or alcoholic guests are not permitted to participate. In the unlikely event that alcohol consumption is discovered on the day of the tour, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
